Discover the future of sustainable energy supply with the ultra-modern LiPRO HKW300.
Thanks to the innovative process of active and controlled pyrolysis and combined heat and power generation, the LiPRO HKW300 uses the energy from wood particularly effectively. With its LiPRO HKW300 power pack, LiPRO Energy completely redefines the concept of power density. With the LiPRO HKW300, you get maximum energy in the form of heat and electricity and maximum very clean wood gas in the smallest of spaces – also for direct gas utilization. In this way, you can extract even the smallest amounts of energy from your residual and waste wood.
For renewable, decentralized and regional energy supply, the LiPRO HKW300 is the first choice when it comes to providing large quantities of clean wood gas and large quantities of electricity and heat with a comparatively small footprint.
With the LiPRO HKW300, you not only reduce your energy costs, but also automatically contribute to environmental protection through a CO2-neutral energy supply.
Switching to LiPRO Energy means more flexibility in the long term thanks to lower energy costs and less CO2 for a greener future. A win-win situation for you and for the environment. This is how climate protection works.
First, the wood chips are transported from a fuel bunker, such as our special LiPRO CFD continuous dryer with feed bunker, directly into the efficient pyrolysis reactor using a state-of-the-art, automated conveyor system.
This ensures a smooth and effective supply of biomass to enable optimized operation.

To create ideal conditions, our wood gas plant separates the pyrolysis, oxidation and reduction process stages. This means that each process stage can be controlled separately, reliably producing a particularly clean wood gas.
The gasworks is equipped with two technically tight knife-gate valves with position monitoring for fuel injection.
After the infeed, a screw conveyor ensures smooth transportation through the pyrolysis zone. The active pyrolysis burns part of the fuel to provide heat for the pyrolysis process.
The coal produced is fed directly into the reduction zone.
In the optimized oxidation zone, partial combustion of the pyrolysis gases takes place at up to 1,000°C, so that good pre-cleaning of the pyrolysis gases is achieved (tar cracking).
In the third stage, the reduction zone, the synthesis gas is further purified by the catalytic effect of the coal, so that there is no need for complex wet scrubbing of the synthesis gas. In the reduction zone, the oxidation products and the solid carbon from the pyrolysis are converted into a synthesis gas with the help of atmospheric air, which mainly consists of the combustible components hydrogen and carbon monoxide.
After this efficient reduction process, the combustible gas is cooled via the heat exchangers and freed from entrained solid particles such as carbon and ash residues by means of the fabric filters. The energy contained in the gas in chemical form can then be converted into thermal and electrical energy using our LiPRO HGM300.
For effective fuel utilization, the carbon residues in the filter are fed back into the process, post-combusted on the ash grate and finally fed into the ash container.
Thanks to the controlled and multi-stage gasification process, our unique technology enables a highly pure synthesis gas, even with regard to any tar content. This is proven not only by measurements carried out, but also by the clean appearance of the emergency CHP filter on the LiPRO HGM300 wood gas engine after 1,000 operating hours.
The LiPRO HGW300 is particularly suitable for commercial projects where there is a high demand for electricity and heat. For example, if you require more than 53 kWel of electrical output power, the LiPRO HKW300 with the LiPRO HGM300 CHP unit is the right choice. It is therefore particularly suitable for large-scale projects with high energy requirements all year round. The output can also be reduced to 60% if required, enabling load-dependent operation.
The LiPRO HKW300 offers the advantage of a high flow temperature, which many of our customers greatly appreciate.
With the LiPRO HGW300 wood gas plant, a large quantity of very clean wood gas can be produced with just one system, which can also be used for direct gas utilization, e.g. for steam generators or in ovens with wood gas burners. Furthermore, no wet scrubbing of the synthesis gas is required.
As the LiPRO HKW300 provides a significantly larger amount of heat and electricity with just one system, the maintenance costs are significantly lower compared to a combination of several smaller generation systems to achieve the same output. The maintenance costs per kW are therefore significantly lower.
Thanks to an innovative ash grate, foreign matter such as stones and nails can pass more easily through the reactor of the LiPRO HKW300 wood gas plant. This saves time and money.
The LiPRO HKW300 has a particularly robust design and has a concrete lining in the pyrolysis burner, oxidation and reduction, which enables the system to operate for many years.
In all combustion processes, the residual materials in the form of ash can be contaminated with harmful polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). With the development of the LiPRO HKW300, LiPRO Energy has succeeded in optimizing the processes to such an extent that the ash contains hardly any PAHs. The conversion of the filter carbonates in the reactor also enables a maximum carbon yield with a minimum amount of residual material. This enables significantly simpler and more cost-effective disposal of the residues, which are both qualitatively better and quantitatively lower.
Despite its high output, the LiPRO HKW300 fits easily into a LiPRO Mobile Cube and can therefore be delivered worldwide fully assembled and prepared for operation in a container.
In order to achieve the same performance as the LiPRO HKW300, several smaller systems would have to be combined. The LiPRO HKW300 saves you these additional project costs and is therefore the more cost-effective solution for high power requirements.
With the LiPRO HKW300, you can store all types of wood found in Europe and even category A1 waste wood as valuable energy storage on your premises and convert it into valuable electricity and heat with the LiPRO HKW300.
With regular and correct maintenance, the LiPRO HKW300 achieves over 8,000 operating hours per year.
