This means that third-party systems for transporting woodchippings can also use the advantages of LiPRO conveyor technology for their biomass boilers or CHP plants without restriction.
LiPRO Energy’s conveying technology also offers the possibility of smooth conveying with integrated processing by LiPRO screening sections for other applications, such as for other types of bulk materials from the agricultural sector, recycling and the animal feed industry. LiPRO Energy makes this possible with a wide range of flexibly adaptable and versatile standard components.

In addition to the robust wood chip conveyor technology, LiPRO Energy also supplies you with highly developed screw conveyors for transporting ash. These screws are specially optimized for handling larger impurities such as nails or stainless steel screws and have a forward and return flow as standard.
The special advantage of the conveyor systems for wood chips from LiPRO Energy is that it is not just a conveyor line. At the same time, a processing line is created with various screens and magnetic separators. This can remove impurities such as stones, screws and nails from the woodchippings.
In this way, wood chips contaminated with nails, for example from old pallets, can also be recycled without any problems.
For integration on or in concrete foundations of wood chip bunkers, LiPRO Energy also offers ladder sliding floors that can even be driven on when permanently installed.

The width of the ladder shelves can be adapted to the available space and storage requirements by duplicating the shelves next to each other.
The hydraulic unit has its own pressure switchover so that no separate automation is required for the moving floors in wood chip bunkers.
With a screw conveyor embedded in the floor, the wood chips can be conveniently transported from the bunker for further processing (e.g. at a combined heat and power plant or to a dryer) with the appropriate feed through the ladder moving floor.
